ORA-14171: cannotspecify <subpartition-description> clause in CREATE|ALTER
TABLE
Cause: User requested to generate default subpartitiondescription(s) (possibly
via SUBPARTITIONS) while at the same time specified<subpartition-description>
clause which is illegal
Action: Removeone of offending clauses.
