标题: ORA-14083: cannot drop the only partition
ORA-14083: cannot dropthe only partition of a partitioned table
Cause: A drop partition command is being executed when thereis only one
partition in the table
Action: Ensurethat there is at least one partition. Drop table to remove all
partitions
