标题: ORA-14036: partition bound value too large
ORA-14036: partitionbound value too large for column
Cause: Length of partition bound value is longer than that ofthe corresponding
partitioning column.
Action: Ensurethat lengths of high bound values do not exceed those of
corresponding partitioning columns
