标题: ORA-13903: Invalid combination of string threshold
ORA-13903: Invalidcombination of string threshold value and operator.
Cause: A non-positive number was used for "Blocked UserSession Count"
metrics while operator contains equal.
Action: Usea positive number for the threshold value or use "greater than"
operator.
