ORA-13796: invalidvalue string specifiedfor problem type
Cause: An invalid problem type was specified to the SQLdiagnosis advisor.
Problem type should be one of the PROBLEM_TYPE_* defined in
'admin/dbmsdiag.sql'.
Action: Specifyvalid problem type.
