标题: ORA-13701: Snapshot pair [string, string] seems
ORA-13701: Snapshotpair [string, string]seems to be specified in reverse order.
Cause: The start snapshot id was greater than the endsnapshot id.
Action: Swapthe start and end snapshot ids.
