标题: ORA-13428: invalid modelCoordinateLocation
ORA-13428: invalidmodelCoordinateLocation
Cause: The program [or user] specified amodelCoordinateLocation that is not
supported, or the modelCoordinateLocation of the GeoRaster object was wrong.
Action: Setor specify the modelCoordinateLocation to be CENTER (0) or
UPPERLEFT (1).
