ORA-13122: invalidtopo_geometry specified
Cause: The SDO_TOPO_GEOMETRY object passed into thefunction/operator
was not valid.
Action: Checkthe SDO_TOPO_GEOMETRY object and verify that it is a valid
topo_geometry object.
