标题: ORA-13111: cannot add topo_geometry layer
ORA-13111: cannot addtopo_geometry layer [string] to topology
Cause: It was not possible to add the specified topo_geometrylayer to the
topology.
Action: Makesure the topo_geometry layer table exists in the database.
