ORA-13029: InvalidSRID in the SDO_GEOMETRY object
Cause: There is an invalid SDO_SRID in the SDO_GEOMETRYobject. The
specified SRID may be outside the valid SRID range.
Action: Verifythat the geometries have valid SRIDs.
