标题: ORA-13016: specified topology [string] is invalid
ORA-13016: specifiedtopology [string]is invalid
Cause: The specified topology did not exist in the database,or some components
of the topology were missing from the database.
Action: Checkthe specified topology by executing the SDO_TOPO.validate_
topology function.
