ORA-12922: concurrent ALTER DATABASE [NO] FORCE LOGGING command is
running
Cause: There is a concurrentALTER DATABASE FORCE LOGGING or ALTER
DATABASE NO FORCE LOGGING command running in the system.
Action: Contact the databaseadministrator who is responsible for the concurrent
command.
