标题: ORA-07417: sfareq: One or more database writers not active.
ORA-07417: sfareq:One or more database writers not active.
Cause: One or more of the database writer processes is nolonger running.
Action: Checkthe trace files for the database writers. Shut down the database and
try to warm start.
