ORA-07273: sppst:invalid semaphore id.
Cause: Semaphore ID fetched from SGA contained an invalidvalue. Additional
information returned is semaphore set index, and oracle process number.
Action: Oracleinternal error. Check semaphore set index. Check oracle process
number.
