ORA-07272: spwat:invalid semaphore set id.
Cause: Semaphore ID fetched from SGA was not initialized tovalid value.
Additional information returned is semaphore set index, and oracle process
number.
Action: Oracleinternal error. Check semaphore set index. Check oracle process
number.
