procedure BIND_ARRAY in the package DBMS_SQL. In order to execute a bind of
a collection, the collection must contain at least one element. If no elementsare
present then at execute time there will be no value for this bind and thestatement
is meaningless. Action: Fillthe collection with the elements you want to bind and try the bind call
again.
