ORA-06134: NETTCP:file access privilege violation
Cause: The host's SQL*Net TCP/IP server did not have READ/EXECUTE
permission for the SID mapping file (specified in CONFIG.ORA) associated with
this connection request.
Action: Changeprotection on SID mapping file.
