ORA-03174:STANDBY_MAX_DATA_DELAY does not apply to SYS users
Cause: ALTER SESSION SET STANDBY_MAX_DATA_DELAY did not workfor
SYS users.
Action: IssueALTER SESSION SET STANDBY_MAX_DATA_DELAY for non-SYS
users.
