标题: ORA-60522 Being Received While Cloning a Physical Standby PDB over DB Link
现象：
An attempt to clone a PDB over a DB link is failing because of "ORA-60522: unable to create pluggable database using XML".

根据文档:

*********************************************************************

原因：
An attempt was made to create a pluggable database using XML with a fuzzy data file.

操作：
Create a refresh clone using XML.
*********************************************************************

If an attempt is made to create instead a refreshable clone PDB a different error is received.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcffo_init_df_hdr:badfuzzysrcfile],[244]

原因：
MRP process is causing a conflict while trying to clone.

解决方案：
Stop MRP and re-try the clone.

If the DG Broker is configured run:

DGMGRL> EDIT DATABASE '<STANDBY_DB>' SET STATE='APPLY-OFF';
