file size in blocks to exce ed the maximum allowable value. Action: In the case of CREATE DATABASE or CREATE CONTROLFILE, use a
different combination of MAXDATAFILES, MAXLOGFILES,
MAXLOGMEMBERS, MAXLOGHISTORY, and MAXINSTANCES clauses.
