RECO process fails with ORA-603 ORA-3106 even after applying an interim patch:27544973.

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error
原因：
oracle binary was not relinked correctly.
处理方法：
1. Stop all oracle instances accessing this ORACLE_HOME, listener and SQL*Plus in case if any.
