现象：
ALTER VIEW NAME COMPILE gives errors.

ORA-04063: view "VIEW_" has errors
ORA-44201: cursor needs to be reparsed

改动：
Started occurring after upgrade to 19c.

原因：
Stack matches to unpublished bug 31545400.

Stack includes

qkswcCheckForOutlineReparse, opiSem, kksParseChildCursor, rpiswu2

处理方法：
Bug is Fixed in Product Version 22.1

Apply Patch 31545400

Possible workaround:

alter session set "_px_reuse_server_groups"=OFF;
