现象：
On 12.2.0.1, insert statement errors ora-600
insert into AUDSYS.AUD$UNIFIED ORA-00600[ipc_recreate_que_2]

原因：
This is due to following internal bug:

Bug 25792911 : HOTMDFY:ORA-600: IPC_RECREATE_QUE_2

处理方法：
1. Bug is fixed 18.1

2. Apply Patch 25792911
