Oracle Net Services Configuration:

Oracle Net Services configuration terminated by user.  The exit code is -1

原因是$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin 下存在一个tnsnames.ora 文件， 而且该文件里面存在非tnsnames.ora格式的字符。

删除该文件，再次使用netca创建local naming,成功。
