现象：
RMAN duplicate command fails with ORA-06544 and ORA-06553.

原因：
Incorrect environment variable PATH setting.

处理方法：
Set the beginning of environment variable PATH to $ORACLE_HOME/bin/, and start RMAN duplicate command
