通过日志文件发现一个进程占用
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1
[root@rac02 31718723]# fuser/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1:49209m
[root@rac02 31718723]# ps -ef|grep 49209
oracle 4920914982 0 00:29 ? 00:00:01/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/bin/emagent
root 55845 2882 0 00:37 pts/0 00:00:00 grep --color=auto 49209找到并kill这个49209进程，然后重新执行安装
[root@rac01 31718723]#/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/OPatch/opatch auto /u01/setup/psu/31720783/31718723
