1.检查数据库状态

[oracle@szdb product]$ sqlplus /nolog

SQL> conn / as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> SELECT name,open_mode from v$database;

EMREP    READ WRITE

SQL>

2.查看监听服务：

[oracle@szdb product]$ lsnrctl status

没有任何服务

默认动态注册服务。
3. 查看local_listener参数
  SQL> show parameter local_listener

NAME                               TYPE       VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
local_listener                      string    LISTENER_EMREP
SQL>

4.确认TNSNAMES.ORA中存在连接串

[oracle@szdb admin]$ pwd
/u01/app/oracle/product/19.12.0/db_1/network/admin
[oracle@szdb admin]$
[oracle@szdb admin]$
[oracle@szdb admin]$ grep -i listener_ tnsnames.ora
LISTENER_ORCLCDB =

不存在

5.修改LOCAL_LISTENER，去掉
SQL> alter system set local_listener='';

System altered.

--马上注册一下
SQL> alter system register;

System altered.

6.重新验证
  [oracle@szdb product]$ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on 29-OCT-2021 15:01:09
