在集群日志中发现这样的提示每隔30min就会出现一次：
2021-05-21 09:41:06.494:
[ctssd(18096)]CRS-2412:The Cluster Time Synchronization Service detects that the local time is significantly different from the mean cluster time. Details in /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/log/XXXX/ctssd/octssd.log.
2021-05-21 10:11:07.564:
[ctssd(18096)]CRS-2412:The Cluster Time Synchronization Service detects that the local time is significantly different from the mean cluster time. Details in /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/log/XXXX/ctssd/octssd.log.
2021-05-21 10:41:08.636:

根据官方文档（Doc ID 2628748.1），这是一个BUG
The issue is analyzed and discussed in internal / unpublished Bug 30525849, which is closed later as duplicate of Bug 29529973
这个问题不会对数据库业务造成影响，处理的方法是打上对应的补丁
