标题: 告警日志中出现ORA-16038，ORA-19504报错
在告警日志文件中发现了报错：
ARCH: Error 19504 Creating archive log file to 'E:\BAKUP\ARCHIVE\ARC0000036583_0829060343.0001'
Errors in file D:\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\orcl\orcl\trace\orcl_ora_8508.trc:
ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 36583 cannot be archived
ORA-19504: failed to create file ""
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'D:\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\ORADATA\ORCL\REDO01.LOG'
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'E:\BAKUP\REDOLOG\REDO01.LOG'

查看官方文档（ID:1928570.1）,导致报错的原因可能是由于病毒防御程序阻止了本地文件系统的读取/写入

CAUSE
The reason is an Antivirus McFee for LinuxShield which was installed and blocking access/writes to local filesystems.

If there is a disk access issue it is expected to have those errors.

SOLUTION
Modify the Antivirus settings so that no Oracle files are scanned when the database is running.
解决方法即修改病毒防护程序的设置，以便数据库运行时不扫描Oracle文件
