ORA-38758: cannot flashback data file string; restoredsince last recovery

Cause: An attempt to do FLASHBACKDATABASE found that the file was

restored since the last standby recovery. The file cannotbe flashed back.

Action: The file must be taken offlinebefore continuing with the FLASHBACK

DATABASE command.
