ORA-38763: flashback not started; enabledthreads have changed

Cause: A FLASHBACK DATABASE commanddid not start. The set of enabled

threads changed during the time to flash back.

Action: The flashback cannot beperformed. Perform a restore and an incomplete

recovery instead.
