标题: ORA-38770: FLASHBACK DATABASE failed during recovery.

ORA-38770: FLASHBACK DATABASE failed duringrecovery.

Cause: A FLASHBACK DATABASE commandsuccessfully restored the database

but failed during the recovery step. Look in the alertlog for more information

about the failure.

Action: Fix the error and then recoverthe database to the same SCN or timestamp

used in the FLASHBACK DATABASE command.
