标题: ORA-38856: cannot mark instance string (redo thread string) as enabled

ORA-38856: cannot mark instance string(redothread string) as enabled

Cause: The open resetlogs or standbyactivation operation failed because it needs

to mark an instance (redo thread) as enabled. However, ithad less than 2 online

redo logs, which prevented it from being enabled.

Action: Add more logfiles to thespecified instance and retry the command.
