标题: ORA-38858: cannot mark redo thread string as enabled

ORA-38858: cannot mark redo thread stringas enabled

Cause: The open resetlogs or standbyactivation operation failed because it needs

to mark a redo thread as enabled. However, the controlfile was recreated with a

MAXINSTANCES value smaller than the thread number of theredo thread.

Action: Recreate the control file witha larger MAXINSTANCES value.
