标题: ORA-38859: instance string (thread string) is not ready to

ORA-38859: instance string(thread string) is notready to be disabled

Cause: The command attempted toswitch the instance (thread) into a new log

before disabling it. The switch attempt failed becauseall eligible online logs were

either being cleared or not completely archived yet.

Action: Wait a few minutes and retry.
