ORA-38866: cannot create restore point for anSCN or time before current database

incarnation.

Cause: An attempt was made to createa restore point with an SCN or timestamp

that is before the beginning of the current databaseincarnation.

Action: Revise the SCN or timestampspecified so that it is within current

database incarnation.
