ORA-38880: Cannot advance compatibility from stringto stringdue toguaranteed

restore points

Cause: Flashback database cannot undothe advance of database compatibility.

Therefore, one cannot advance the compatibility of thedatabase while there are

guaranteed restore points in the database.

Action: Drop all guaranteed restorepoints first and retry, or delay the advance of

database compatibility to a later time.
