ORA-38901: column "string" oftable "string" must be one of the first"string"

columns

Cause: Mandatory information columnof error logging table is present, but must

be at the beginning of the row.

Action: Create the error logging tablecorrectly. Consult ORACLE documentation

for the correct format of an error logging table.
