标题: ORA-38609: FI Not enough memory for tree counting, requires at least stringKB

Cause: The memory size did notsatisfy the minimum memory requirement for

tree counting.

Action: Inworkarea_size_policy='manual' mode, set _fic_area_size to a

reasonably larger value. Or, Inworkarea_size_policy='auto' mode, this error

should never happen.
