ORA-38914: Either mutate the error or ignorerow on unique violation

Cause: IGNORE_ROW_ON_DUPKEY_INDEX andCHANGE_DUPKEY_

ERROR_INDEX were both specified in the same statement.

Action: You cannot specify both hintsin the same statement. Remove one of these

two hints, or both, from the statement.
