ORA-39161: Full database jobs requireprivileges

Cause: Either an attempt to perform afull database export without the EXP_

FULL_DATABASE role or an attempt to perform a fulldatabase import over a

network link without the IMP_FULL_DATABASE role.

Action: Retry the operation in aschema that has the required roles.
