ORA-39178: cannot perform estimate onmetadata only jobs

Cause: An estimate was requested fora job by specifying the ESTIMATE or

ESTIMATE_ONLY parameter. However, the job was alsodefined to have no data.

These specifications conflict with each other.

Action: Remove one of the conflictingspecifications for the job.
