标题: ORA-39701: database must be mounted EXCLUSIVE for UPGRADE or

ORA-39701: database must be mounted EXCLUSIVEfor UPGRADE or

DOWNGRADE

Cause: The database was mounted for SHAREDcluster access.

Action: Set the CLUSTER_DATABASEinitialization parameter to FALSE and

restart the server with the UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE option.
