ORA-39704: permission to modify componentregistry entry denied

Cause: An attempt was made to modifyan entry in the component registry, but

the session user was not authorized; only the CONTROL orSCHEMA user for the

component are authorized to modify the component registryentry.

Action: Connect as either the CONTROLor SCHEMA user for the component.
