标题: ORA-39771: stream must be loaded before its handle is freed

ORA-39771: stream must be loaded before itshandle is freed

Cause: An attempt was made to free astream handle after conversion but before

the stream was loaded.

Action: Load the stream untilOCI_SUCCESS, OCI_NEED_DATA or OCI_NO_

DATA is returned before attempting to free the streamhandle. If OCI_NEED_

DATA is returned, another stream must be loaded tocomplete last row.
