ORA-39808: The SINGLEROW option must bespecified for parent table string.

Cause: The SINGLEROW option was notspecified when loading both the parent

and child table of a partitioning referential constraint.

Action: Ensure the SINGLEROW option isspecified for the parent when loading

the parent and child of a partitioning referentialconstraint.
