ORA-40115: weights table schema is incorrect

Cause: The weights table did not havethe required schema.

Action: Provide a weights table withschema: (target_value, weight), where the

type of the first column corresponds to the type of thetarget column (CHAR,

VARCHAR2 or NUMBER) and the type of the second column isNUMBER.
