ORA-41721: invalid use of DMLEVENTS andCNFEVENTS in rule class properties

Cause: An attempt was made to specifyboth the DMLEVENTS and CNFEVENTS

for the same rule class.

Action: Remove either the DMLEVENTS orthe CNFEVENTS specification.
