ORA-42013: interim table of an AQ IOT tableshould be an IOT table

Cause: An attempt was made to createa table that is not an index-organized table

(IOT) as the interim table of an AQ IOT table (history,time management, or

dequeue).

Action: Ensure that the interim tableis created as an IOT table.
