ORA-43807: indexes on ORA_ROWSCN not allowed

Cause: An attempt was made to createan index that refers to the ORA_ROWSCN

pseudo-column, either directly or in an expression.

Action: Do not use ORA_ROWSCN todefine an index on a table.
